Yonsei University Foreigner Admissions: Documents
First, as required documents, there are an application for admission, academic record sheet,
a self-introduction letter, and a certificate of high school graduation (planned).
The application form is printed out after completing the online application, and Yonsei University's prescribed form is used for the academic record sheet and self-introduction letter.
For high school graduation (expected) certificate, one copy of graduation (planned) certificate
with an apostille or consular confirmation is required.
And as required documents, high school transcripts and proof of Korean language proficiency are available.
Proof of Korean language proficiency is an optional document for applicants who are applying for units
other than Premedical, Predental, Nursing, and Pharmacy.
High school transcripts for all grades must be confirmed by an apostille or consulate.
Certificates not issued in Korean or English will be verified after notarized translation.
Next, as the required documents for Yonsei University Foreigner Admissions,
There is a certificate of family relationship between the applicant and their parents (one original copy of
the applicant's birth certificate) and required documents for foreign nationals of Korean descent
(applicable applicants).
And as optional documents, you can submit middle school transcripts, awards, overseas high school standardized
academic performance evaluation data, various foreign language proficiency documents, certifications,
and school profile.

As for the final educational attestation document, one copy of the graduation certificate confirmed by
the Apostille or the Korean consulate in the country where the school of origin belongs or the consulate
in Korea is required for those who have obtained an academic background from a country other than China.
Applicants with educational backgrounds in China must submit an original (English) copy of
the Chinese Ministry of Education’s academic background certification report.
The following is a copy of the account balance certificate in your name.
If it is impossible to submit a balance certificate in your name,
you can submit a parent's account balance certificate.
