In the perspective of realistic theory of international relations, international organizations - whether they are governmental or non-governmental - are now controlled only by some world superpowers of hegemonic leadership in the international relations or some philanthropists who are engaged in trying to keep the abstract international peace. And there is no administrative or police system for controlling the conflicts in the international societies. Thus the international organizations cannot efficiently resolve the international conflicts and integrate the world countries to global community.
