First, let's look at the required documents : the application form, additional materials for the application form, scholarship application, graduation (expected) certificate, and transcript.
The application form, additional materials for the application form, and scholarship application have to be written in Korean or English, and the completed form need to be printed out and submitted after the online application is
submitted.
Applicants for new undergraduate admission must submit one copy of each high school graduation (expected) certificate and transcript.
Undergraduate transfer applicants need a university graduation certificate or a certificate of completion (expected) of 2nd year or higher, and two copies of transcripts.
In addition, as required documents, there are 2 copies of language qualification documents (one original copy and one copy).
Language qualification documents are TOPIK level 3 (undergraduate admission), level 4 (undergraduate transfer, general graduate school) or higher, Ewha Womans University Language Education Center level 4 or higher completion certificate, English language proficiency test score report (TOEFL PBT550/iBT 80 or higher, IELTS) 6.0 or higher, New TEPS 326 or higher).
There is also a document proving the contents of the additional materials in the application form submitted only by the relevant applicants.
All you need to do is submit documents proving your academic ability, awards and activities, etc.
ex. 1) Academic ability: High school graduation test, college entrance exam, standard academic test score report, etc. (SAT, ACT, A Level, etc.)
2) Awards and activities: awards, thesis, abstract research results, career certificate, etc.
The following documents are: 1 copy of each applicant's and parent's passport (certificate of nationality) [copy], 1 copy of document proving the family relationship between the applicant and parent [original or notarized copy],
Bank balance certificate [original], proof of practical skills [original].
If you do not have a passport, you can substitute it with proof of nationality.
If the applicant's passport has not been submitted, the applicant's passport must be submitted after acceptance.
Applicants with Chinese nationality must additionally submit 1 copy of their residence card, 1 copy of their parent's residence card, and 1 copy of each family's hukoubu.
In the case of documents proving family relationship, the applicant’s birth certificate, family register, resident registration, family relationship certificate, etc.
Submit your documents. Documents for applicants of Chinese nationality are the family hogubu and kinship certificate.
The bank statement must be submitted in the name of the applicant or parent, and other currencies equivalent to USD 20,000 are also available.
Applicants for arts and physical education are required to submit proof of practical skills.
Department of Keyboard Instruments and Orchestra
: 30-minute free composition video (DVD or USB)
Dance Department
: among portfolio and solo performance video of 3 minute, all materials that can be submitted. (DVD or USB)
College of Art and Design
: Submit no more than 20 printed copies in A3 or A4 size
After submitting the application online, submit the required documents by mail or in person.
Submitted documents will not be returned.
If the submitted documents are incomplete, or if the submitted documents do not arrive by the specified date, or if the application fee is not paid, the evaluation will not be performed.
You may be asked for additional documents necessary to confirm the facts in relation to eligibility, etc.
